Royall Credit Union Customer Website

This banking website was built for Royall Credit Union using the Drupal CMS platform. The goal was to create a modern, approachable digital experience that reflected the brand’s friendly personality while maintaining the clarity and trustworthiness essential for a financial institution.

The project featured a vibrant and playful color palette that was thoughtfully balanced with clean white space to ensure readability and a user-friendly interface. The design aimed to strike a balance between energetic and professional—welcoming users while keeping the focus on important financial tools and information.

Key features included a custom location finder to help users quickly locate nearby branches and ATMs, as well as a fully built-out information and FAQ section. This section was designed to guide users through common questions and topics like account types, loan options, and digital banking tools—streamlining the customer support experience and reducing friction.

By leveraging Drupal’s robust content management capabilities, the Royall Credit Union team was able to easily update content and respond to member needs, all within a flexible and scalable framework.
